I am going to take you all to the world of delicious food, never-ending craving to taste different cuisine. Believe me, this journey will make you plan a trip to Vancouver to grab a stylish cuisine, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, French, etc all kinds of flavors in one city. There are awesome food trucks, food markets, restaurants, bars, night clubs that everyone has their uniqueness i.e. Mom’s Grilled cheese truck is famous for their wood-fired oven, Community Pizzeria that cook most delicious pizza from scratch, Tacofino for best fish tacos topped with some banana Churros or Diablo cookies, Saviovolpe for world-class restaurant, the busiest and most commercial Denman street is under everyone’s budget or affordable especially in terms of eating. 

At every corner of Vancouver, you will find a vibrant culture in their food courts like Cafe Medina most popular brunch spots with delicious coffee and cozy Mediterranean decor to French-inspired cafe for a strong cappuccino and a housed baked pastry, not just this your taste buds with dance on every bite of delicious crunchy and buttery soft croissants. When we heading to Stanley park the Cactus Club, English Bay a chain restaurant worth visiting the restaurant for a nice lunch. Absinthe Bistro with French menu food is made from only the freshest ingredient and menu having smoked Eel Terrine, Braised Beef, and Creme Brulee, etc with a classic drink poured over a sugar lump. At Pacifico, they serve you YUMMY thin crust pizza and the house-made tiramisu that I loved the most with a glass of Italian wine. 

Lot more to try like Gastown is a remarkable spot for coffee lovers like me, the whole place is a hub of brilliant restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. It was difficult to visit all, still, I tried an amazing coffee culture at Revolver, Prado Nemesis to Liege waffles and honey-chipotle butter at the quintessential Catch122 restaurant. On the second day I had one hour at Birds and the Beets, sipping a latte at the stunning simple restaurant then headed to Jam café to have classical naan and French toast but because long queue I shifted to had meat sandwich at top-notch restaurant Meat and Bread and my friend was stuck to have toasts only so she had toast and salad at Nelson the seagull. The most important how can I left Wildebeest from my list, award-winning restaurant serves Sawmill Bay oysters, spiced pork rinds and much more with crafted cocktails. I didn’t get time to visits the rest of the restaurants at Gastown but I can guide you guys on how to make your plan and choose the best one as per your taste buds. 

The Irish Heather and Guilt and Company for live music, swing dancing, etc, La Mezcaleria is best for a girls night plus cheap wine & beer, Alibi room for imported craft beer, Salt Tasting Room lovely Gastown restaurant for date night and Jules Bistro for classical French flavor cooked in white and red wine, garlic and parsley, etc. From the Calabash, Caribbean restaurant and bar has amazing nightly live music from local artists and hosts everything from reggae and hip-hop to funk to the Hastings Warehouse for the booze and to have a good time. For Italian flavor traditional Nicli Antica Pizzeria and Di Beppe with a tasty mix of marinated mozzarella Pomodoro, oregano, garlic conflict & fresh basil. 

The largest Chinese community at Richmond Night Market, with endless stalls of trinkets and interesting foods and art demonstrations. I just got confused what to taste and what to leave for next day, everything seems so tempting that me and my friends taste almost everything from fried apple fries to deep fries onion flowers to pho fries and spicy Kimchi fries , Rotatos to sushi Nori Taco, Rainbow Grilled Cheese Sandwich to Cheese Toast Churros With Ice Cream, Crazy Toppings From Pancho’s Bakery.

Vancouver is a diverse city of ethnicities, and Granville Island is like a true destination for foodies. At Granville Island will find everything from elegant restaurants to small ethnic eateries, from fresh food to homemade products, home-made beer, quirkily little shops to lively sports bars and pubs, night clubs. The bustling Granville Island Public Market is a magnet for food-shopping, from exotic produce to gourmet ingredients, fresh berries to the doughnut, silky duck prosciutto to garlicky chorizo. Vendors that offer a wide range of Ukrainian pirogues to Indian butter chicken, Greece to France classics like burgers and fish ‘n’ chips, and fresh Japanese sushi. Granville Island is famous for International Fringe Festival, the Vancouver Writers Fest, Waterfront Theatre, and the Arts Club Theatres. Granville Island places heavy emphasis on nutritious and fresh flavored food to craft breweries, multicultural cuisine from Afghan to Persian traditional kebabs, grilled lamb, and dolmah baked with herbs, lentil stew. From Greek to Indian cuisine at Afghan Horsemen. Bistros like Edible Canada at the Market for delicious grilled salmon and duck-fat fries, Brewmaster Vern Lambourne for strong-tasting beers, beer aficionado Joe Wiebe to excellent specialty wine store, Dockside Brewing restaurant for Ocean Wise seafood like grilled & chicken ancho chili prawns, seared Haida Gwaii halibut, and Moroccan spiced rack of lamb at a spectacular patio with 50-foot aquarium. 

A Robust Ale featuring cocoa, caramel, and vanilla and Lions Winter Ale for best locally brewed. At this, you will be astonished to find how fruits piled high in a gorgeous array of colors at Sunlight Farms and have fresh bread, French pastries, cakes and tarts at Stuart’s Bakery. Zara’s Italian Deli for Italian specialty feta-stuffed peppers, and marinated artichoke hearts. Oyama Sausageoffering mouth-watering hand-made sausages of all kinds, from prosciutto-style meats to chorizos, and a nice selection of fresh, seasonal fish at Longliner Seafoods, Lee’s Donuts for the mango, Bavarian cream to Terra Breads for artisan loaves, rustic pastries, and wholesome granola.
